Each Elite Wood piece is carefully handcrafted. We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The item was delivered damaged.
- The item is defective.
- The wrong item was shipped (e.g. incorrect size, design, or wood type).
Please note:
- Shipping costs are charged at checkout and are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the process.
